Job Beason Cruise, Marker 17 Slip (1)

There is only (1) one slip available at Marker 17.  The price will be the same at $25.00 per night, but you will pay your slip fee directly to Marker 17.  Below is a picture of where you will tie up at Marker 17.

Set sail/motor for Job Beason Park Marina and a full weekend of great food, wine, and activities!

Here's the plan: Leave early enough on Friday to beat the low tide at 4 p.m. (Rick and I will be leaving from Marker 2 at 9 a.m.) We will be taking the left fork to Job Beason Marina, not the right one that goes to Double Bayou, and slips are $25 a night, paid upon registration. We will be assigning slips soon. (If you've already signed up, you'll receive instructions soon on how to make your $25.00/night payment.) As soon as you get settled, meet up at the Frascone Winery for a wine-tasting! While they won't run us off, the official closing time is 6 p.m. There's a place called Hurricane Tita's if you want to eat dinner there, or you can cook on your boat. On Saturday afternoon, Doc Mulloy is leading the charge to the Fish Fry at the Marker 17 restaurant, which is situated right at the fork. Come sporting your St. Patty's day attire for your chance to win a "valuable prize". That night, we'll be full, so of course, we're eating again, this time at the pavilion! Just bring something light to share...and a roll of quarters to play, "Screw Your Neighbor"! Sunday morning, Marker 17 will make us a nice breakfast for simply the price of a donation! Don’t forget that you can come by car and rent a room at the hotel next to the marina for $130.00 per night.
