Galveston Mardi Gras Cruise February 9th - 11th 

Mardi Gras Cruise to GYB started with a lot of excitement with 10 boats signed up for the trip to Galveston.   Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate and the number of boats making the trip dropped to 3 as the weatherman continued to predict unfavorable conditions.  The 3 members making the trip on their boat included the Ferguson's s/v Mischief Managed, Fisher's m/v Vaycay Everyday, and Lachmann's m/v Global Solutions.  We also had a couple of members ( Rick and Kami Heussner, Arthur Tailleur and Lisa Welch ) make the drive down to join the group for dinner at the marina and help with driving to Fish Tales on Saturday.  As it turns out, the weatherman exaggerated the poor conditions (shocking) and outside of some light rain on Sunday, it was a cloudy but nice weekend.
