Harvest Moon Regatta

The Harvest Moon Regatta returns this year and the registration deadline is Saturday, Sept. 18.  

TMCA has a perpetual trophy as part of the regatta.  The HMR committee calculates the TMCA boats for us and the trophy is awarded during the ceremony in Port Aransas.  So, if you are participating, please be sure to list TMCA on your HM registration. 

There is historically a side bet amongst the TMCA boats, where each contributes a bottle of Rum.  It is customary that the winner shares the Rum with all at the party Saturday night, so it’s a win for everyone!  Please let Ben Miller know if you want to participate in the ‘Rum Bet’.

For those not sailing in the Regatta, consider going down for the party.  It’s always a grand celebration.  You’ll need to purchase wrist bands for the party on the HMR website.
