This month our subject will be of interest to every boater.  When you go aground and can't get the boat free and either a professional towing company or another boater offers to tow you free of the grounding, what are the legal rights that you have? What are the rights of the person helping you? We will have representatives from Sea Tow to explain the difference between an ungrounding and a salvage. What are the possible repercussions of both and what would be the best decision for you? Sadly, I can say that I have been boating for over 50 years and I'm not positive, how about you?  Please join us for an informative meeting. 

Our monthly meeting will be at the Elks Lodge, 623 Hanson Road, Kemah TX. Socializing and dinner orders will begin at 6:00 pm, the business meeting begins at 7:00 pm and the presentation to follow. 

Come early, enjoy dinner and visiting with members and guests.
