Annual Planning Meeting

The Planning Meeting is a general meeting for all members. Coffee, donuts and kolaches will be served. 

The Cruise Captain, Rear Commodore, and Port Captain inspire members to volunteer to host dock parties, cruises and other special social events. We will walk through each month of the calendar as we solicit Dock Party hosts, Cruise Leaders and other Special Event hosts. Events always seem more fun when there is a theme. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Club calendar is generally set for the coming year. 

We are always looking for new members to volunteer to help the Club and leading a cruise or hosting a social event is a great way to get more involved. 

Please come and help volunteer and plan 2020's parties, events, cruises, etc.  A great time to get excited and get involved in TMCA!
